Η ομάδα αυτοσχεδιασμού και performance 6daEXIt πραγματοποιεί
μια ζωντανή αυτοσχεδιαστική εγκατάσταση σε αστικούς
χώρους. Έναυσμά μας η προβολή ενός κολάζ από σκηνές διαφορετικών
ταινιών που αφορούν την εμπειρία της μουσικής ακρόασης
(ανθρώπους που παίζουν ή ακούν μουσική και απεικονίζονται
να αντιδρούν σε αυτήν). Δεν πρόκειται για μια παράσταση
«βωβού κινηματογράφου» με ζωντανή μουσική, αλλά για ένα
ζωντανό, πολυμεσικό «σχολιασμό» και για ανανοηματοδότηση

Musicians, visual artists and performers destroy and then
re-create, before the very eyes of astounded viewers. These
spectators become protagonists on the screen, while the artists
improvise live.
The 6daEXIt improvisation and performance team create a live
improv installation in urban settings. The spark is provided by
the screening of a collage made up of scenes from various films
that deal with the experience of hearing music (people playing
or even just listening to music, shown as they react to it). This
is not a silent film performance with live music; rather, it could
be labelled a live multimedia ‘commentary’. It offers a redefinition
of the cinematic image and the frameworks that this presupposes,
through sound, movement and painting, as well as
through the open participation of the real listeners in the area
of the installation.
