1 | THE NIVONA AROMATICA-SYSTEM
The dynamic brewing chamber guarantees that less bitter constituents pass into the
coffee. After grinding, the coffee is compressed into the brewing chamber, swirled
around with water and thus releases more fl avour. The result is a smoother, more
aromatic, tastier cup of coffee. At a constant quality.

These tasks are necessary for reasons of hygiene and to ensure
the fault-free operation of any fully automatic machine.
At NIVONA we have extensively incorporated automatic programmes
that regularly free the machine of coffee oil residue,
lime or milk residues at the press of a button.
3 | THE “SPUMATORE” - TECHNOLOGY
The Spumatore – whether OneTouch or manual – gets up a
good head of steam and produces beautiful frothed milk or hot
water for tea. Directly into the cup or the glass, extra aids are
not necessary. And it is easy to care for – with the wash cycle
or by hand.
4 | THE REMOVABLE BREWING UNIT
A fully automatic machine should be cleaned occasionally on
the inside – there, where cleaning programmes cannot reach.
To remove coffee residue or to prevent mould, the brewing
unit by NIVONA can simply be removed and washed with
clean water.
