Commack High School Varsity Girls Basketball Team Non-League Varsity Basketball Game Gwynedd-Mercy Academy Philadelphia, PA (December 15, 2012) A. The administration recommends that the Board of Education approve the lease renewal/ modifications with Ohman School of Ballet, Inc. for four (4) classrooms at Old Farms School for the period of August 1, 2012 through July 31, 2016 and authorize the President of the Board to sign same .

The administration recommends that the Board of Education approve the amendment to the contract with Johnson Controls, Inc. and authorize the President of the Board to sign same . C. The administration recommends that the Board of Education approve the lease modification with Lazy Cow Inc. d/b/a Kiddie Care Early Learning Center for space at Long Acres Elementary School and authorize the President of the Board to sign same . D. The administration recommends that the Board of Education adopt a SEQRA Resolution approved in connection with the Commack Middle School Bleacher Replacements and Interior Masonry Restoration affirming that the work to be done has no significant impact on the environment. E. The Board of Education is requested to acknowledge receipt of the statement for professional services rendered on non-retainer matters in the amount of $29,712.30 for the period ending June 30, 2012, and in the amount of $16,133.80 for the period ending July 31, 2012 submitted by Lamb & Barnosky, LLP . F. The administration recommends that the Board of Education approve the Stipulation of Settlement and Release . XI. Board Business XII. Adjournment A. The Board of Education is requested to acknowledge receipt of the Internal Claims Auditor’s Monthly Update . B. The Board of Education is requested to acknowledge receipt of the CSE/CPSE recommendations approved on the following dates: March 1, 9,12, 13, 15, 16, 19, 26, 27, 28, and 30 2012; April 2, 3, 4, 5, 16, 17, 20, 23, 24, 27, and 30 2012; May 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, and 17, 2012; June 1, 2012; July 25, 2012; and August 14, 2012. C. The Board of Education is requested to acknowledge receipt of the CD Rates. D. The Board of Education is requested to adopt the following resolution: RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Commack Union Free School District shall hold a special meeting on September 13, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at Hubbs Administration Center for the purpose of immediately adjourning into Executive Session; at 8:00 p.m. the Board shall reconvene in public session for the purpose of holding its Regular Business Meeting.
