A. The Board of Education is requested to acknowledge receipt of the following reports:<br />
Report on Agreed Upon Procedure for Payroll Distribution Procedures for the dates<br />
April 27, 2012, and May 11, 2012.<br />
Internal Audit Report on Periodic Duties for the period July 1, 2011 through<br />
December 31, 2011, along with the Corrective Action Plan submitted to the State<br />
Education Department.<br />
Internal Audit Report on System to Track and Account for Children Procedures for<br />
the period July 1, 2011 through March 1, 2012.<br />
Risk Assessment Update Report for the period ending May 31, 2012.<br />
Internal Audit Report on Food Service Operations for the period July 1, 2011<br />
through December 31, 2011.<br />
Internal Audit Report on Agreed Upon Procedures for Buildings and Grounds<br />
Overtime for the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.<br />
B. The administration recommends that the Board of Education approve the following<br />
agreements and authorize the President of the Board to sign same :<br />

4. Kaplan K12 Learning Provide the <strong>District</strong> with SAT and ACT Prep<br />
Service LLC<br />
Courses at <strong>Commack</strong> High <strong>School</strong> during the<br />
period September 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.<br />
5. Catherine Mahler Provide services for the fourth and fifth grade<br />
concerts at MSIS for the 2012-13 school year.<br />
6. Dr. Jacquelyn Nealon Provide services as the guest speaker for the<br />
Financial Aid Workshop to be held at CHS on<br />
January 3, 2013.<br />
7. PEL Industries A one-year non-exclusive license to print school<br />
name and /or logo(s) on merchandise.<br />
8. SCOPE Education License and Operating Agreement to provide the<br />
Services<br />
<strong>District</strong> with a Summer Explorations Program at<br />
Burr Intermediate <strong>School</strong> for the period July 2,<br />
2012 through July 27, 2012.<br />
9. SCOPE Service Agreement for SCOPE to provide ESL<br />
enrichment services at Burr Intermediate <strong>School</strong><br />
for the period July 9, 2012 through August 2, 2012.<br />
