<strong>District</strong> shall hold a special meeting on September 13, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at Hubbs<br />

Administration Center for the purpose of immediately adjourning into Executive Session; at<br />

8:00 p.m. the Board shall reconvene in public session for the purpose of holding its Regular<br />

Business Meeting.<br />
