This letter will confirm the understanding between IBC and SACC regarding<br />
the proposed cooperation<br />

Being desirous <strong>of</strong> strengthening trade, investment, technology cooperation relations between<br />
the Kingdom <strong>of</strong> Cambodia and Switzerland, the <strong>Business</strong> <strong>Chamber</strong> <strong>of</strong> Cambodia (IBC) and<br />
the Swiss-Asian <strong>Chamber</strong> <strong>of</strong> Commerce (SACC), here-in-after referred to as the parties,<br />
have entered into an Agreement <strong>of</strong> Cooperation, as follows:<br />
OBJECTIVES<br />
1. The parties shall cooperate and do their utmost to further improve and expand trade,<br />
investment, technology cooperation relations between Cambodia and Switzerland.<br />
2. The parties shall regularly exchange information and review on expansion <strong>of</strong> trade,<br />
investment, technology between the two countries. To achieve this objective, it is<br />
mutually agreed that each contracting party shall supply the other with appropriate<br />
updated information and publications.<br />
3. Every possible facility and assistance shall be accorded to business trade missions from<br />
visiting Cambodia and Switzerland and vice versa. Letters <strong>of</strong> introduction from one party<br />
to the other shall be mutually honoured.<br />
4. The parties agree to support and encourage exchange <strong>of</strong> trade, investment, technology,<br />
as well as delegations and missions <strong>of</strong> businesspeople who wish to visit and do business<br />
with Cambodia and Switzerland.<br />
5. The parties shall take all necessary steps to ensure that this Agreement works to their<br />
mutual benefits, and that it is jointly reviewed occasionally on the written request from<br />
either party.<br />
PERIOD OF COOPERATION .<br />
6. The Agreement shall come into force as from the date <strong>of</strong> its signing until mutually revised<br />
by both parties.<br />
All notices, requests, consents and other communications required or permitted hereunder<br />
shall be in writing and shall be transmitted via fax, e-mail or by certified and registered<br />
airmail.<br />
Done in duplicate and signed in Zurich, Switzerland, on November, 2i , 2009.<br />
