Changing Screen Options If you want to change Color File's screen options, press 0 at the Main Menu. The screen options appear as described in "Choosing a Screen Option" at the beginning of this manual. Refer to that section of the manual if you need help. Changing a Field Format When you used the pre-defined Video Tape Directory format, you used it without changing the fields. If you want to change fields in a pre-defined format, there are a few things you need to know. Press en Create a NEW data file, at Color File 11'5 Main Menu. The following message appears: Creating a new data file will erase the file in memory. Are you sure you want to CREATE a new file?
