Whitlenge Garden is signposted off the A442 Droitwich – Kidderminster Road, 200m south of the Ikon<br />
Industrial Estate on RH side, or 1km north of the road signposted ‘Rylands Business Park’ on the LH<br />
side. The turning is easy to miss.<br />
Extra car parking is located on the road side between Hartlebury Station and Hartlebury Village along<br />
Station Road. Access Hartlebury via the A449. Station Road can be accessed by the main road that<br />
runs almost parallel to the A449.<br />
Please leave time to park and reach the HQ. Parking at the HQ is limited and on a first come and first<br />
served basis only.<br />
Parking Parking is limited at the HQ. If possible,<br />
please park and ride from Hartlebury Station Road<br />
to the HQ along Whitlenge Lane (which is narrow).<br />
Risk Please ensure you have read the 'Audax UK<br />
Information' document before setting off. As for<br />
all Audax events, riders undertake to complete the<br />
ride independently, or, if unable to finish, to make<br />
their own arrangements for 'rescue'.<br />
Control Cafes Controls may get busy. Please be patient<br />
and show consideration to non-cycling customers.<br />
Free Food On completion of the ride you will receive a<br />
voucher for food from the counter. You may use your<br />
voucher as part payment for a meal or cake of your<br />
choice from the menu.<br />
Mudguards Mudguards are not mandatory but<br />
they are advisable. The lanes can be mucky.<br />

In the event of very bad weather and unforeseen cancellation<br />
If roads are icy, a gritted route alternative route sheet will be available on the day.<br />
In the event of cancellation, surplus from entry fees shall be donated to the charity, Headway. You will<br />
also be given the opportunity to ride the <strong>Express</strong> under ‘permanent conditions’ until early-April or be<br />
given free entry to the 200km Montgomery Madness Permanent audax.
