From his personal experience his son Martin
does not confirm that the CE marking is
connected with efforts and costs. He is responsible
for the preparation and processing
of orders. “The implementation of CE-fix
was quite simple,” he reports; “everything
was well-prepared by VBH. We only had to
deliver the respective data for the hardware
and glass.” For him it is particularly important
that the CE marking with CE-fix provides
product safety, certified by independent
institutes; like ift Rosenheim. According
to the son of the boss also the operation of
CE-fix is effortless. When planning a process
he just has to choose the desired product
out of an order management program
and all respective documents are created
automatically together with the order. “We
haven’t had any difficulties so far, apart
from a jam in the printer,” he laughs.
