NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lancashire County Council intend<br />
to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic<br />
Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to<br />
temporarily prohibit any motor vehicle from proceeding over that length<br />
of Back Lane, Newburgh, for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly<br />
direction, from the southern boundary of the Christ Church, Newburgh,<br />
in the Borough of West Lancashire;<br />
An alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the closure is via :-<br />
