1. As you are aware under the control of Punjab Police Security Corporation Ltd,
Chandigarh, (a Subsidiary of Punjab Police Housing Corpn.) regular courses of
Pvt Security Guards is conducted at Punjab Security Training Institutes located at
PRTC, Jahan Khelan, Hoshiarpur.
2. It is a matter of pleasure to inform you that 20 th Batch of Pvt. Security Guards from
Jahan Khelan is scheduled to be passed out from Institute in the Second week of
October, 2013.
3. In view of above, you are requested to place your actual requirement of Pvt Security
Guards in the ‘Requirement of Pvt. Security Guard Indent Form’ already given
down side of this letter and send the same to the e-mail address i.e.
md.ppsc@punjab.gov.in On receipt of requirement, a convenient date and time
shall be planned by you or your rep. to visit the institute from 1 st October to 8 th
October, 2013 to select desired Pvt. Security Guards by providing Appointment
letter to the candidates.
4. Kindly make yourself comfortable to visit/clarify anything in this regard with
undersigned.

Kindly Note :
• Punjab Police Security Corporation/PPSCL does not charge any amount from indentor/firm for
providing trained Pvt security guards.
1. Pls use separate sheet to provide more information if any, but kindly do not alter the format.
2. Pvt Security Agency may also put overtime facility if available at sites.
3. Cost of dress, shared food, Registrations charges/security amount and any other charges like advance
notice period if any is required to be mentioned in the above form to enable us to inform the candidates.
4. We will be thankful if Agencies do not charge any registration charges from Trainees for enrolment as they
are trained from PSTI, Premier Security Trg Institute of Punjab.
