A21 Switchyard Lighting System (Bay and Perimeter) 1 lot
complete with the required fixtures, posts, conduits,
wires, magnetic contactor and photo cell, conduit
fittings, conductors foundations, etc in accordance to the
requirements of the Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
A22 Substation Control System
a. Microprocessor Based Substation Control System 1 sets
(New back up set ) to include the integration of
new and existing to accommodate all system (six
bays). To include licensed copy of software (latest
Version) and industrial type equipment for the
Protection, control and monitoring of equipment for
connection to SCADA, gateway, HMI and Work
station. To include the integration, data base
reconfiguration, parameterization of the existing
and new MBSC system with BCU, and others to
conform to the new set up of Clark S/S. To provide
CDC with copy of license software in DVD or CD
in accordance to the requirements of the
Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
b. Closed Circuit Television System (New set of
1 sets
CCTV) new system for bays 3,4, 5, 6 and
perimeter fence complete with all the required
peripherals, industrial computer, accessories,
wires and cable reconfiguration and integration
with existing CCTV system. To include the supply
and replacement of existing CCTV controller and
reconfiguration. (No of PTZ dome camera arm
mounted at gantry = six(6), Pole mounted
Motorized pan tilt camera = two(2), CCtv player
recorder controller = (2), Working station with 21
inch Monitor= two (2) and licensed software with
CD or DVD in accordance to the requirements of
the Technical Data Sheet (TDS).

c. Access Control and Alarm Monitoring System
1 lot
(ACAMS) revision / expansion/ integration of
system to include new warehouse and relocation
of existing affected by control building renovation
d. Main Control Switchboard, with all instrument, 1 lot
meters, indicators, control switches, annunciators,
push buttons, LED indicating lamps, terminal
blocks, wiring and miscellaneous auxiliary and
accessory devices
Substation Protection System
a. Transformer Protection ( Main 1) complete with 2 sets
the required protective relays and accessories in
one (1) panel. Different manufacturer from Main 2
in accordance to the requirements of the
Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
b. Transformer Protection ( Main 2) complete with 2 sets
the required protective relays and accessories in
one (1) panel, Different manufacturer from Main 1
in accordance to the requirements of the
Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
