A. ELECTRICAL WORKS
Supply, manufacture, factory testing, and furnishing of
labor, equipment, tools and incidental materials for the
delivery, assembly, erection, installation, field testing
commissioning and ready for operation of the following
substation equipment and its associated control and
protection system and accessories
Bay 85 and Bay 86 At Clark 230 kV S/S
A1. Power Transformer 150 MVA Three winding autotransformer
2 sets
type 3-Phase 230/69kV wye-13.8 delta with
neutral earthing resistor class ONAN/ONAF1/ONAF2 ,
complete with all appurtenances, accessories and onload
tap changing mechanism with 16 taps of 0.625%
above and 16 taps of 0.625% below 0 including
paralleling device and control in accordance to the
requirements of the Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
A2. Power Circuit Breaker Dead Tank 230kV, 3-phase, 4 sets
2000A, 40, kA three pole operation, complete with the
required accessories and support structure including
bushing current transformers in accordance to the
requirements of the Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
A3. Power Circuit Breaker Dead Tank 69kV, 3-phase, 6 sets
2000A, 38 kA three pole operation, complete with the
required accessories and bushing current transformer in
accordance to the requirements of the Technical Data
Sheet (TDS).
A4. Ganged Disconnect Switch 230kV, 3-phase, 2000A, 10 sets
40KA equipped with 460 vac 3 phase motor and
manually group operated, complete with the required
accessories in accordance to the requirements of the
Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
A5. Ganged Disconnect Switch 69kV, 3-phase, 2000A, 38 4 sets
kA equipped with earthing blades, 230 vac motor and
manually group operated, complete with the required
accessories in accordance to the requirements of the
Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
A6 Ganged Disconnect Switch 69kV, 3-phase, 2000A, 38 14 sets
kA equipped with, 230 vac motor and manually group
operated, complete with the required accessories in
accordance to the requirements of the Technical Data
Sheet (TDS).
A7 Voltage Transformer Capacitive type 230 kV, complete 18 sets
with the required accessories and support structure in
accordance to the requirements of the Technical Data
Sheet (TDS).
A8 Voltage Transformer 69 kV, complete with the required 30 sets
accessories in accordance to the requirements of the
Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
A9 Surge Arresters 192 kV, station type, complete with 12 sets
support structure and the required accessories in
accordance to the requirements of the Technical Data
Sheet (TDS).
