DESIGN AND BUILD SERVICES FOR THE CLARK 230 KV POWER TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT - PHASE 3B ITEM DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT UNIT COST AMOUNT A18 Fiber Optic Communication System a. Fiber Optic Terminal Equipment complete with 1 lot Optical Distribution Frame (ODF), access multiplexers, circuit protections, indicators, annunciators, appurtenances, pigtails, patch cords, complete with the required accessories. b. Fiber Optic Approach Cable, 36 fibers, 1550nm, 1 lot signal mode (from station gantry to the Optical Distribution Frame at the FOT Equipment Room. c. Protection Signaling Equipment complete with all 1 lot the necessary interface cables, software and manuals. Programmable teleprotection unit for transmitting / receiving minimum of four (4) independent command signals capable of communicating over analog and digital communication channel i.e., MUX (4WE&M, RS232, V.32, X.21, etc), PLC, copper wire and fiber optic. A19 Microwave Radio Communication System a. Complete integration and interconnection of 1 lot existing FOT and MW telecommunication system with associated equipment including interface cables, MUX equipment / channel cards, etc. b. Current Transformers 12 lot B2 230 kV Gantry Structure Foundation Consisting of 1 lot concrete (211kg/sq cm), Non-shrink Grout, Reinforcing Steel Bars (Grade 275), Excavation and backfill, Leveling Concrete (141) kg/sq cm) and other incidentals required to complete the works. B3 Roadways, Concrete Curve & Gutter Construction of 1 lot access road from the existing roadway to the switchyard area, consisting of concrete pavement (246 kg/ sq cm), curb and gutter (211 kg/ sq cm) including dowels, Reinforcing Steel bars (Grade 275, Aggregate sub-base and other incidentals required to complete the work. B4 Drainage System, Consisting of different sizes of RCDP, 1 lot drainage appurtenances consisting of concrete (211kg/ sq cm), Reinforcing steel bars Grade 275, Excavation and backfill, miscellaneous Steel (ASTM A36), CHB including demolition/restoration works for the affected portion of the existing drainage appurtenances and other incidentals required to complete the works. B5 Cable Trenches Consisting of concrete (211 kg/sq cm) 50 l.m. Reinforcing Steel Bars Grade 275, Excavation, leveling concrete (141 kg/sq cm), checkered steel plate cover, stiffener, embedded metals, steel angle, pits, discharge pipes including demolition/restoration and works for the affected portion of the existing cable trench to connect the new trench and other incidentals required to complete the works. B7 Switchyard Gravel Surfacing, Gravel surfacing on the 1 lot bays where the equipment will be installed with lines and extent as directed by the owner.
