Introduction Entertainment Plus Magazine was birthed two years ago as a practical platform to train our students in a Course titled: PERFORMING ARTS AND THE PRINT MEDIA at the Department of The Performing Arts, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. It is on record that we have been able to produce three different issues till date. Our vision is to bridge a gap between the academic and larger society by featuring various issues that are beneficial to Nigerians and people in different parts of the world. The launch of the 3rd edition was unveiled March 2015.. This equally coincided with the investiture of patrons / matrons in order to enhance the scope of the magazine. Along this direction, presentation of different medals and awards to some schools and individuals in the society was done in recognition of their laudable roles in lifting the educational standard, youth empowerment and community services. Clarion Call!! While looking forward to seeing that the magazine is produced on quarterly basis, we need your supports to achieve this feat. More so, as we are set to empower our students to be self reliant, the Magazine would soon begin to provide jobs for our youth who are interested in print media; we can NOT do it alone, except you give your backing! Therefore, we count on your continued supports to make this a reality by advertising on allotted pages, coverage of your ceremonial events, and special features. Thank you.
