The <strong>Columbus</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> REALTORS® along with the Ohio Realtists<br />

Association will co-host the National Association <strong>of</strong> RE-<br />

ALTORS®’ (NAR) At Home with Diversity certification course<br />

on Friday, June 11, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m., at the <strong>Columbus</strong> Airport<br />

Marriott Hotel, 1375 <strong>No</strong>rth Cassady Avenue. This award winning<br />

course, held during the Ohio Realtist Association’s Annual State<br />

Conference (June 10-12), will be taught by <strong>Columbus</strong> REAL-<br />

TOR® Edward Sanchez and an approved NAR At Home with<br />

Diversity instructor. Cost is $50 for CBR members who are not<br />

attending the Ohio Realtist Association State Conference. Registration<br />

9-10:30 a.m. and will feature a discussion led by P.J.<br />

Connor and Joe Evans, RE/MAX Town Center, LLC,<br />

on how to work with buyers.<br />

Talking points for this session will include agency<br />

representation, the home buying process, services<br />

provided, home search, MLS, scheduling showings,<br />

financing alternatives, purchase contract and closings.<br />

Bricks, Brats and Beers Festival!<br />

Join in the fun <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Columbus</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> REALTORS®<br />

Foundation Fund’s Third Annual Bricks, Brats and<br />

Beers Festival! The festival is set for Thursday, June 17,<br />

5:30-7:30 p.m. at CBR. A rededication <strong>of</strong> the Charitable<br />

Foundation Walk will also be celebrated. Cost is $20,<br />

with dinner being provided by Schmidt’s <strong>of</strong> German<br />

Village. The event will include a 50/50 raffle, a chance to<br />

win door prizes and a cornhole tournament. Cost for the<br />

cornhole tournament is $10 for CBR member and $20 for<br />

non-members. All proceeds (100 percent) from the sale <strong>of</strong><br />

pavers or other donations to the Foundation Fund go directly<br />

to support real estate-related programs and qualified<br />

entities whose goals are to improve the overall real estate<br />
