NAR MidYear Legislative Conference<br />

and Trade Show<br />

The National Association <strong>of</strong> REALTORS® Midyear Legislative<br />

Conference and Trade Expo will be held May 10 -15 in Washington<br />

D.C. At this annual event, governance meetings are conducted and<br />

real estate pr<strong>of</strong>essionals address legislative and political issues facing<br />

the real estate industry. More than 100 exhibitors will also present<br />

top real estate products and services at the Midyear Trade Expo.<br />

There is no cost for members to attend this event and registration<br />

can be made online at Realtor.org/Midyear.nsf. Reservations will be<br />

assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. <strong>No</strong>te: OAR will be hosting<br />

a reception during the NAR Midyear Meetings which is open<br />

to all Ohioans on Friday, May 14, 2010, 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Marriott<br />

This Affordable Housing Roundtable is set for Friday, May 14, 11<br />

a.m. - noon and will feature a discussion on the 203k Program with<br />

Chris Healy, Union Savings Bank. Steve Stock will also be on<br />

hand to talk about materials available through Grossman’s Bargain<br />

REALTOR® Care Day<br />

The sixth annual REALTOR® Care Day is set for Thursday,<br />

June 9, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and is your opportunity to<br />

celebrate National Homeownership Month by participating<br />

in a worthwhile community service project.<br />

In addition to CBR’s main project at <strong>Columbus</strong> Housing<br />

Partnership’s Framingham Village on Innis Road, there will<br />

be 20 area realty associations participating in community<br />

service projects citywide.<br />
