No tax credit? No problem!
The homebuyer tax credits have expired,
but that’s no problem for us, with home
prices continuing to show steady increases,
an affordable market and interest rates
that are expected to remain around five
percent, the outlook for central Ohio’s
housing market remains strong. And, it’s
up to us to show prospective buyers that
homeownership is still the best investment
and now remains the best time to buy!
