STRATTON ALT, was first licensed as a REALTOR® in 1999 beginning his career in real estate with<br />
The Alt Company (started by Stratton's father Dick Alt in 1971). Stratton and the Alt Team serve both<br />
residential/investment buyers and sellers all over Central Ohio with a listing focus in north Central<br />
Ohio. He has served on the Government Affairs <strong>Committee</strong>, Technology <strong>Committee</strong>, Standard Forms<br />
<strong>Committee</strong> and was also Secretary <strong>of</strong> the North Area Real Estate Association. He consistently participates<br />
in REALTOR® Care Day with NAREA. In 2011, Stratton became the Broker <strong>of</strong> The Alt Company,<br />
REALTORS®. Their <strong>of</strong>fice is located in Clintonville where it has been since 1978. It would be a privilege<br />
for Stratton to serve on <strong>MLS</strong> committee representing his fellow REALTORS®.<br />
JP FAULKNER, is the broker owner <strong>of</strong> Faulkner Realty Group. JP was licensed and joined the <strong>Columbus</strong><br />
<strong>Board</strong> in 1992 as a sales associate for Paul May REALTORS®. In 1997 he became a broker and started<br />
Faulkner Realty. JP is the recipient <strong>of</strong> the 25 Million Dollar Club Award. JP has served on the Government<br />
Affairs, Standard Forms, Greivence, and is currently serving on the Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Standards <strong>Committee</strong>.<br />

BETSY LYNCH, ABR, GRI, is an agent with Homes Central Realty. Licensed in 1996, Betsy brought her<br />
experience as a small business owner, sales and the compassion needed to be a mother/grandmother<br />
to her career in real estate. Betsy has successfully earned her Ten Million Dollar Sales Award and<br />
continues to move forward. Active with CBR, Betsy has served on numerous committees including Sales<br />
Advisory, Education, Awards Luncheon, CORPAC, Affordable Housing and has co-chaired REALTOR®<br />
Care Day and BRAC and was secretary for the <strong>Columbus</strong> Women's Council <strong>of</strong> REALTORS®.<br />
KASEY K. WELCH, is a life long resident <strong>of</strong> the greater <strong>Columbus</strong> area. He received his BSBA degree<br />
from The Ohio State University in 1997. He has been with RE/MAX Capital Centre, Inc. since becoming<br />
a licensed REALTOR® in January 2000. Kasey's involvement with the <strong>Columbus</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> REALTORS®<br />
includes serving a prior 3 year term on the <strong>MLS</strong> <strong>Committee</strong>, a prior member <strong>of</strong> the CORPAC Fund<br />
Raising <strong>Committee</strong>, a prior member <strong>of</strong> the Technology User’s <strong>Committee</strong>, and a prior member <strong>of</strong> the<br />
<strong>Columbus</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> REALTORS® Young Pr<strong>of</strong>essional’s Network. He also served on the Government<br />
Affairs <strong>Committee</strong> for 12 years and is a recipient <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Columbus</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> REALTORS® 10 Million<br />

MARA ACKERMANN, Broker, GRI, CRS, CRB, CNHS, ABR, ABRM, LHMS, is a graduate <strong>of</strong> Wittenberg<br />
University (B.A. in English, 1998) and the broker <strong>of</strong> record with RE/MAX Consultant Group, and is also an<br />
active sales associate, licensed since 1998. Recognized in 2004 by REALTOR ® Magazine as 30 Under 30<br />
and by Business First for the annual Forty under 40 Awards. Mara was a member <strong>of</strong> CBR <strong>MLS</strong> <strong>Committee</strong><br />
from 2005-2008, and previously the Standard Forms and Member Services committees. Serving as President<br />
<strong>of</strong> New Albany Realty Association in 2006, Vice President (2007), and Tour Guide (2009), also awarded<br />
Broker/Owner <strong>of</strong> the year 2006 for RE/MAX LLC.<br />
BILL BENNINGHOFEN, ABR, GRI, is a sales associate with RE/MAX Premier Choice. Licensed in 1990, Bill<br />
has served as chair and member <strong>of</strong> the Affordable Housing <strong>Committee</strong>, and a member <strong>of</strong> the Sales Advisory,<br />
Keybox, Standard Forms, Affiliate Liaison, and Scholarship committees, and has been active in several area<br />
associations. He has been designated an NAR Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, and a CBR Certified<br />
Affordable Housing REALTOR ® . Bill has earned CBR's 25 Million Dollar Sales Award, and the CBR Lifetime<br />
Achievement Award. He has also earned the President's Sales Club Awards from OAR.<br />
MICHAEL "MIC" GORDON, is an active Sales Associate and the Managing Partner for Keller Williams<br />
Greater <strong>Columbus</strong> Realty. Mic was licensed in 1987. Currently a third year director with CBR and the <strong>MLS</strong>,<br />
Mic has also served as co-chair two times, chair and vice-chair and member <strong>of</strong> several CBR committees<br />
including BRAC, CBR Foundation Fund Advisory <strong>Board</strong> Subcommittee, the Scholarship <strong>Committee</strong>, and<br />
Governmental Affairs <strong>Committee</strong> respectively. Mic is a member <strong>of</strong> the New Albany Area Associations. Mic<br />
served as President <strong>of</strong> the Gahanna Area Realty Association in 2006.<br />
CAROL REEVES, GRI, SRES, is a sales associate with RE/MAX Achievers, and licensed since<br />
1989. Carol was involved with Women's Council <strong>of</strong> REALTORS ® for many years and held the position <strong>of</strong><br />
Chairperson <strong>of</strong> Membership. Carol has earned CBR's One (1992), Five (1994) and Ten (1996) Million Dollar<br />

BOB MCCARTHY, has been licensed for 18 years and is the broker <strong>of</strong> record and Director <strong>of</strong> Pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />
Development for Real Living HER. He is an active salesperson, <strong>MLS</strong> user, and has earned membership<br />
in the CBR 1, 5, and 10 Million Dollar Clubs. Bob has held leadership positions and served on numerous<br />
committees over the years at the <strong>Columbus</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Realtors</strong> and the Ohio Association <strong>of</strong> REALTORS®.<br />
Bob has served 2 terms as a CBR Director (2006-2008 and 2009-2012), and he has chaired Sales Advisory<br />
(2002), CORPAC (2003), Awards Night (2004), and REALTOR® Care Day (2012) committees and will<br />
chair the Grievance <strong>Committee</strong> in 2013. He has served on the Foundation Fund Advisory <strong>Board</strong>, CORPAC<br />
Governing <strong>Board</strong>, Standard Forms, Affordable Housing, Communication and <strong>MLS</strong> committees where he is<br />
the current chair <strong>of</strong> the Administration Sub-<strong>Committee</strong>. Bob was a graduate <strong>of</strong> the inaugural class <strong>of</strong> the CBR<br />
Leadership Academy, and in 2012, he also served on the <strong>MLS</strong> IDX, Keybox Rules, and Keybox Upgrade task<br />
forces. At OAR, Bob is an OAR Director (2002 to present), OAR Convention <strong>Committee</strong> Member (2012 &<br />
2008) as well as served on the OAR’s RPAC and Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Development <strong>Committee</strong>s. He has attended<br />
the OAR Annual Convention every year since 1998 as well as many <strong>of</strong> the OAR Legislative Conferences<br />
and OAR Mid-Year Meetings. Bob has the knowledge, experience, energy, and enthusiasm to continue to<br />
move the <strong>MLS</strong> <strong>Committee</strong> forward through some difficult decisions including the selection <strong>of</strong> an <strong>MLS</strong> vendor.<br />
RICK LEMMONS, with Coldwell Banker King Thompson, has been actively involved with the <strong>Board</strong><br />
<strong>of</strong> REALTORS® since obtaining his license in 2002. He has served on the CBR <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> Directors<br />
from 2010 to 2012. Rick is a member <strong>of</strong> the task force to evaluate TEMPO’s competitors, Beta Tester<br />
for Fusion, Chair for the Sales Advisory <strong>Committee</strong>, Past Chair <strong>of</strong> BRAC, and 2013 Vice Chair for the<br />
Government Affairs <strong>Committee</strong>. Rick also serves as a member <strong>of</strong> the Budget and Finance, Education,<br />
Sales Advisory, BRAC and Government Affairs committees. He is a member <strong>of</strong> the BIA and a Past<br />
President <strong>of</strong> the Hampsted Village HOA.
