SUPPLY OF REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR THE
PROPERTIES OF NFA REGION3
Location: Concepcion, Baliuag, Bulacan
The National Food Authority, NFA Central Luzon Regional Office, Cabanatuan City,
invites all licensed real estate appraisers for the Supply of Services of Appraising
Real Estate Properties of NFA Region III specifically located at Concepcion, Baliuag ,
Bulacan with an area of 914 (nine hundred fourteen) square meters with an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) .
The descriptions of the services for the corresponding Approved Budget for the contract
are as follows:
1. Ocular site inspection of the lot
2. Verify and secure Certified True Copy of Title with the Registry of Deeds, Tax
Declaration and Zoning of Property.
3. Verification of measurement of the lot
4. Provide site, legal and market description of the property
5. Verification and gathering of both relevant technical and market data
6. Validation of local market conditions for comparable properties in accordance with
the Philippine Valuation Standards and its lot plan, vicinity map and pictures.
7. Submit Narrative Appraisal Report covering the following points :
A. Brief property identification
B. Effective date of the valuation and date of report preparation
C. Property ownership and property rights appraised
D. Property location
E. Acreage breakdown and brief list of improvements
F. Zoning
G. Highest and best use
H. Brief summary of subject leases, if any
I. Value indicated by the cost approach
J. Value indicated by the income approach
K. Value indicated by the sales comparison approach
L. Final value estimate

The activities will be conducted at the NFA-Regional Office, Cabanatuan City on the
following schedule:

The supplier shall submit the following documents:
1. SEC Registration Certificate, CDA Registration, or DTI Registration, whichever is
applicable;
2. Updated Mayor’s Permit
3. 2012 Income and Business Tax Returns stamped “Received” by Bureau of
Internal Revenue (BIR) or its authorized institution
4. Updated BIR/VAT Registration Certificate
5. Updated Real Estate Appraiser License issued by the Philippine Regulatory
Commission
Prospective bidder/supplier may obtain the bidding documents for this project from the
RBAC Secretariat upon submission of Letter of Intent during office hours, except
Saturdays and Sundays, from September 12 to 16, 2013 (one hour before the
submission of Bid). For further information the RBAC Secretariat may be contacted at
Telephone No. 044-600-2539.
The National Food Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to waive any
defects or informalities found therein, to annul or cancel the bidding process at any time
prior to contract award, impose additional terms and conditions and accept the proposal
most advantageous to the government without thereby incurring any liability lity to the
affected bidder or bidders whatsoever.
