Fully synthetic industrial gear oil based on polyalkylene glycol (PAG). Recommended for<br />

Non-water-miscible cooling lubricants<br />
SUNICUT 2022-2032<br />
Chlorine free cutting oil, which can be used for easy to moderte machining work such as<br />
turning, drilling and milling on non-ferrous and light metals, as well as for the<br />
conventional free-cutting steel grades. SUNICUT 2022 and 2032 ensure a good lubricating<br />
and cooling effect, which favourable influences the tool service life, cutting speed, surface<br />
finish and dimensional accuracy of the finished pieces.<br />
SUNICUT 3022-3046<br />
Chlorine free cutting oils, which can be used for machining work such as turning, drilling<br />
and milling all grades of steel. SUNICUT 3022 and SUNICUT 3046 ensure an excellent<br />
lubricating and cooling effect, which favourably influences the tool service life, cutting<br />
speed, surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the finished pieces. SUNICUT 3022 and<br />
3046 are not suitable for non-ferrous metals. For operations on non-ferrous metals our<br />
SUNICUT 2022 is recommended. SUNICUT 3046 is suitable for the lubrication of the chips<br />
and for the lubrication of the machine.<br />
SUNIBRO 22<br />
Chlorine free, highly additivied broaching oil. Broaches well and forms a pressure<br />
resistant film on the broaching tool, which results in prolonged tool life.<br />
SUNIDRILL 15<br />
Chlorine free, highly chemically-activated deep drilling oil, which can be used for medium<br />
to severe demands on ferrous metals.<br />
SUNIHON<br />
SUNIHON is based on oils with good suspension properties. The low viscosity ensures the<br />
removal of the small chips that are formed straight away because even the smallest<br />
particles in suspension can scratch the workpiece. In order to achieve good cutting<br />
performance, the lubricant is formulated with chlorine free, active cutting additives. The<br />
low viscosity of the SUNIHON ensures excellent cooling and rinsing properties.<br />
SUNITAP 75<br />
Chlorine free cutting oil, which can be used for tapoing and threading all grades of steel.<br />
SUNITAP 75 is not suitable for non-ferrous metals. For threading machines, which require<br />
a thinner cutting oil because of the pumpsystem, we recommend our SUNICUT 3022.<br />
SUNIDRAW<br />
Universal, chlorine free Deep Drawing lubricant for machining metal sheets of ferrous<br />
metals. The product is based on mineral oil, reinforced with high pressure additives, fatty<br />
substances as well as anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation additives.<br />
SUNIBLANK 68<br />
Chlorine free cutting oil, which can be used for blanking all grades of steel. SUNIBLANK<br />
68 is not suitable for non-ferrous metals.<br />
SUNGRIND<br />
Fully high concentrated grinding oil for all severe grinding operations on hard steel such<br />
as grinding of drilling and milling equipment, grinding on bearing houses, grinding of<br />
journals and grinding of tooth- and wormwheels.<br />

Biostatic, fully synthetic grinding coolant, which does not contain nitrite, nitrate or<br />
mineral oil. SUNICOOL S/N is suitable for grinding operations on ferrous- and non-ferrous<br />

SUNICOOL A/K<br />
Biostable, di- and tri-ethanolamine free emulsifying half-synthetic metalworking fluid,<br />
which forms in water a transparant white coloured micro-emulsion. Because of its<br />
combined cooling- and lubricating, SUNICOOL A/K gives excellent results on all chip<br />
removal operations such as turning, milling and drilling. Sunicool A/K is suitable for use<br />
on ferro and non-ferro, stainless steel alloys, cast iron and aluminium.<br />
SUNICOOL M<br />
Biostable, di- and tri-ethanolamine free emulsifying metalworking fluid with exteme EP<br />
properties. SUNICOOL M has been developed as a universal fluid for all cutting operations<br />
on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. SUNICOOL M is also suitable for applications on<br />
aluminium.<br />
SECO (4020 & X-80)<br />
Economy type emulsifying cutting oil for universal purposes (ferrous and non-ferrous<br />
operations). SECO X-80 is specially developed for heavy applications on metal.<br />

SUNAPLEX 992 EP GREASE<br />
Multi-purpose high quality aluminium complex grease with EP properties and<br />
recommended for applications up to 130°C, under heavy loads.<br />
MULTY DUTY GREASE MOS 2<br />
Universal lithium grease with anti-rust, anti-oxidation, water resistant properties and<br />

equipment and chassis lubricant for cars, trucks and busses. Can also be used in off-theroad<br />

GUN GREASE EP 00<br />
Semi-fluid calcium grease with EP characteristics for use in centralized lubrication<br />
systems. Application range -25°C till 65°C.
