The Association reserves the right, and every Member Association and its participants hereby fully agree that, the Rules of Northwest Texas Youth Football Association may be amended and/or changed at the sole discretion of the Association, at any time, as determined by the Board of Directors, at a duly called notice by a majority of the quorum present to vote. 2. Every Member Association and its participants, by acceptance as a Member Association, hereby agrees that any legal action by a Member Association or its participants against the Association which seeks to interpret a rule, change or overturn an Association decision and/or hinder the schedule or any games of the Association, including but not limited to playoff games, may result in expulsion of the Member Association by the Association or any other discipline, at the discretion of the Association.
