Richard McIlwain
Dick McIlwain is the Managing Director and Chief Executive of Tatts Group Limited, previously having joined
TattsBet Limited (formerly UNiTAB Limited) as Chief Executive in 1989. He was appointed as a Director of
TattsBet Limited (formerly UNiTAB Limited) in September 1999 and to his current position in October 2006.
Dick is also the Non-executive Chairman of Wotif.com Holdings Limited, and was the Non-executive Chairman
of Super Cheap Auto Group Limited from 2004 until 2009. Dick is a fellow of the Australian Institute of
Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland.
Barrie Fletton
Barrie Fletton is Chief Executive of TattsBet Limited. Barrie joined TattsBet Limited (formerly TAB Queensland
and UNiTAB Limited) in January 1992. Prior to that, Barrie spent 9 years with KPMG before moving to
commerce where he spent 9 years in the construction, civil engineering and property development industries.
Since joining TattsBet, he has overseen significant growth, the successful privatisation and listing in November
1999, subsequent acquisitions and TattsBet’s (formerly UNiTAB Limited) merger with Tatts Group Limited
(formerly Tattersall’s Limited).
Barrie is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Secretaries. He is a Director of TattsBet Limited and a number of Tatts Group Companies.
