The plant’s demand is sufficed for now and at the office, the purchase and spare parts sales need to be strengthened. – As part of the growth, we have also opened a new position of technical manager, but it is still vacant, says Helén Elmberg who is personnel manager. Currently the staff comprises 29 men and women. Here come some external consultants hired if necessary.
