5. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Acceptance of the minutes of the Airport Commission meeting of
January 18, 2007.
B. Acceptance of the Historic Preservation Commission meeting
minutes for November 29, 2006 and February 28, 2007.
C. Acceptance of the minutes of the Public Utilities/Public Works
meeting of January 2, 2007.
D. Acceptance of the minutes of the Planning Commission meetings of
December 6, 2006, January 17, February 7, April 4, March 7, and
May 2.
E. Acceptance of the minutes of the Board of Zoning Appeals meetings
of May 10 and August 9, 2006.
F. Resolution No. 07-18, a resolution appointing a member to the
Delaware General Health District’s Board of Health, and specifying
the term of the appointment.
G. Resolution No. 07-19, a resolution authorizing the installation of
certain traffic control devices on Hawthorn Boulevard at US 23
South on Hawthorn Boulevard at Liberty Road and on Beech Drive
at Liberty Road in order to prohibit through traffic in excess of
26,000 GCW.

H. Resolution No. 07-20, a resolution authorizing the installation of
certain parking control devices in the area of 10 Penick Avenue for
“No Parking Here to Corner” on the west side at the southernmost
edge of the driveway at 10 Penick Avenue and the east side of
Penick Avenue at the end of the double yellow lines.
I. Resolution No. 07-21, a resolution authorizing the installation of
certain traffic control devices on St. Patrick Street located behind
130 North Franklin Street to allow “No Standing, Stopping or
Parking” for both the east and west sides of St. Patrick Street.
J. Establish June 25, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. as the date and time for a
public hearing and second reading of Ordinance No. 07-, an
ordinance approving a Conditional Use Permit for the City of
Delaware permitting the relocation of a public service facility to
440 East William Street on property zoned M-2 (General Industrial)
District.
K. Establish June 25, 2007 at 7:40 p.m. as the date and time for a
public hearing and second reading of Ordinance No. 07-63, an
ordinance approving of a rezoning to amend the adopted
development text for property zoned B-4 (General Business
District) with PUD (Planned Unit Development) Overlay located at
the southwest corner of U.S. 36 and Houk Road and known as the
Willowbrook Development.
L. Establish June 25, 2007 at 7:50 p.m. as the date and time for a
public hearing and second reading of Ordinance No. 07-64, an
ordinance approving a Conditional Use Permit for the construction
of a distribution facility consisting of 347,000 square feet on
23.34± acres on property zoned M-1 (Light Industrial) District with
a PMU (Planned Mixed Use) Overlay located on the northwest side
of U.S. 42, south of Airport Road.
M. Establish June 25, 2007 at 9:00 p.m. as the date and time for a
public hearing and second reading of Ordinance No. 07-66, an
ordinance approving a Conditional Use Permit for a retail
development with a minimum gross floor area greater than 10,000
square feet for a Wal-Mart Super Center consisting of 176,312
square feet on 22.12± acres in the Shoppes at Delaware
commercial development located at the southeast corner of existing
Cheshire Road and U.S. 23, Ordinance No. 07-67, an ordinance
approving a Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage for a Wal-
Mart Super Center on 22.12± acres in the Shoppes at Delaware
commercial development located at the southeast corner of existing
Cheshire Road and U.S. 23., and Ordinance No. 07-68, an
ordinance approving a Conditional Use Permit for outdoor display
for a Wal-Mart Super Center on 22.12± acres in the Shoppes at
Delaware commercial development located at the southeast corner
of existing Cheshire Road and U.S. 23.

07-56, an ordinance approving a rezoning of 1.6± acres from B-3
(Community Business) District to R-4 (Single and Two-Family) District
located at 18, 22, 24, and 26 Vernon Avenue.
10. CONSIDERATION of Ordinance No. 07-62, an ordinance approving a
Conditional Use Permit for the City of Delaware permitting the relocation

11. CONSIDERATION of Ordinance No. 07-63, an ordinance approving of a

community antenna television system within the City of Delaware for 10
years.
14. CONSIDERATION of Ordinance No. 07-66, an ordinance approving a
Conditional Use Permit for a retail development with a minimum gross
floor area greater than 10,000 square feet for a Wal-Mart Super Center

17. CONSIDERATION of Ordinance No. 07-69, an ordinance approving the
Final Subdivision Plat for the Glennwood Commons commercial and
retail development consisting of 130.367± acres located on the south side
of U.S. 36/37, east of S.R. 521, and west of Glenn Road.
18. CONSIDERATION of Ordinance No. 07-70, an ordinance approving the
Final Development Plan for the Glennwood Commons commercial and
retail development consisting of approximately 561,392 square feet of
gross floor on 83.10± acres located on the south side of U.S. 36/37, east
of S.R. 521, and west of Glenn Road.
