B. Acceptance of the Historic Preservation Commission meeting<br />

minutes for November 29, 2006 and February 28, 2007.<br />

C. Acceptance of the minutes of the Public Utilities/Public Works<br />

meeting of January 2, 2007.<br />

D. Acceptance of the minutes of the Planning Commission meetings of<br />

December 6, 2006, January 17, February 7, April 4, March 7, and<br />

May 2.<br />

E. Acceptance of the minutes of the Board of Zoning Appeals meetings<br />

of May 10 and August 9, 2006.<br />

F. Resolution No. 07-18, a resolution appointing a member to the<br />

Delaware General Health District’s Board of Health, and specifying<br />

G. Resolution No. 07-19, a resolution authorizing the installation of<br />

certain traffic control devices on Hawthorn Boulevard at US 23<br />

South on Hawthorn Boulevard at Liberty Road and on Beech Drive<br />

at Liberty Road in order to prohibit through traffic in excess of<br />

26,000 GCW.<br />

H. Resolution No. 07-20, a resolution authorizing the installation of<br />

certain parking control devices in the area of 10 Penick Avenue for<br />

“No Parking Here to Corner” on the west side at the southernmost<br />

edge of the driveway at 10 Penick Avenue and the east side of<br />

Penick Avenue at the end of the double yellow lines.<br />

I. Resolution No. 07-21, a resolution authorizing the installation of<br />

certain traffic control devices on St. Patrick Street located behind<br />

130 North Franklin Street to allow “No Standing, Stopping or<br />

Parking” for both the east and west sides of St. Patrick Street.<br />

J. Establish June 25, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. as the date and time for a<br />

public hearing and second reading of Ordinance No. 07-, an<br />

ordinance approving a Conditional Use Permit for the City of<br />

Delaware permitting the relocation of a public service facility to<br />

440 East William Street on property zoned M-2 (General Industrial)<br />

District.<br />

K. Establish June 25, 2007 at 7:40 p.m. as the date and time for a<br />

public hearing and second reading of Ordinance No. 07-63, an<br />

ordinance approving of a rezoning to amend the adopted<br />

development text for property zoned B-4 (General Business<br />

District) with PUD (Planned Unit Development) Overlay located at<br />

the southwest corner of U.S. 36 and Houk Road and known as the<br />

Willowbrook Development.<br />

L. Establish June 25, 2007 at 7:50 p.m. as the date and time for a<br />

public hearing and second reading of Ordinance No. 07-64, an<br />

ordinance approving a Conditional Use Permit for the construction<br />

of a distribution facility consisting of 347,000 square feet on<br />

23.34± acres on property zoned M-1 (Light Industrial) District with<br />

a PMU (Planned Mixed Use) Overlay located on the northwest side<br />

of U.S. 42, south of Airport Road.<br />

M. Establish June 25, 2007 at 9:00 p.m. as the date and time for a<br />

public hearing and second reading of Ordinance No. 07-66, an<br />

ordinance approving a Conditional Use Permit for a retail<br />

development with a minimum gross floor area greater than 10,000<br />

square feet for a Wal-Mart Super Center consisting of 176,312<br />

square feet on 22.12± acres in the Shoppes at Delaware<br />

commercial development located at the southeast corner of existing<br />

Cheshire Road and U.S. 23, Ordinance No. 07-67, an ordinance<br />

approving a Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage for a Wal-<br />

Mart Super Center on 22.12± acres in the Shoppes at Delaware<br />

commercial development located at the southeast corner of existing<br />

Cheshire Road and U.S. 23., and Ordinance No. 07-68, an<br />

ordinance approving a Conditional Use Permit for outdoor display<br />

for a Wal-Mart Super Center on 22.12± acres in the Shoppes at<br />

Delaware commercial development located at the southeast corner<br />

of existing Cheshire Road and U.S. 23.<br />

located at 18, 22, 24, and 26 Vernon Avenue.<br />

10. CONSIDERATION of Ordinance No. 07-62, an ordinance approving a<br />

Conditional Use Permit for the City of Delaware permitting the relocation<br />

11. CONSIDERATION of Ordinance No. 07-63, an ordinance approving of a<br />

of U.S. 36/37, east of S.R. 521, and west of Glenn Road.<br />

18. CONSIDERATION of Ordinance No. 07-70, an ordinance approving the<br />

Final Development Plan for the Glennwood Commons commercial and<br />

retail development consisting of approximately 561,392 square feet of<br />

gross floor on 83.10± acres located on the south side of U.S. 36/37, east<br />

of S.R. 521, and west of Glenn Road.<br />
