Description and Purpose:
Aging heating system boilers replacement program for Justice Center – 70 N.

Justification:
The Justice Center currently has 3 boilers that are 16 years old. The average
operation expectation for these units is 12-15 years. The proposed 5 year plan
would replace approximately 2 units over the next three years. One boiler was
replaced during the recent renovations however another unit is inoperable.
