Recommended Funding:
It is recommended that the funding for this program be gradually increased to
a level that coincides with the calculated amount necessary to properly
maintain the city street network as a whole (according to the city’s pavement
maintenance software and recommendations from experts). Small percentage
of funding is recommended to come from Fund 541 for manhole casting
improvements that are traditionally made part of this project.
