CITY OF DELAWARE 2009-2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Project: West William Street/Liberty Street Culvert Replacement Description and Purpose: This project is initiated and administered by ODOT District 6 and involves the open cut replacement of the failing Delaware Run pipe arch culvert within the William Street & Liberty Street right of way. Department: Department of Engineering Services & Public Utilities Department Fund: Storm Sewer Fund (Fund 203) Justification: Per agreement with ODOT and includes the necessary storm sewer improvement in keeping with storm sewer master plan. Recommended Funding: The city is responsible for project construction costs within the Liberty Street R/W. The current cost estimate below is provided by ODOT.
