4. Provide either a canceled check, Marine Corps Base Telephone bill receipt or cash receipt certificate
from the Marine Corps Base Telephone Customer Service Center.
(b) The Telephone Customer Service Center will respond to your letter by adjusting your bill or, if the
problem is not readily resolved, by telephone.
(c) If we find that the bill is correct, existing policies on payment and delinquencies as explained in the
references and provided to you when you applied for service will still apply.
(d) If we find that we made a mistake on your bill, we will correct your bill and credit your account where
applicable.
13. PRIVACY ACT OF 1974
Authority: Chapter 31, Title 44, U.S.C. 3101.
Under the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, an option to have quarter’s numbers and personal telephone numbers
not listed in the telephone directory is extended to all Class "B" subscribers. Failure of refusal to exercise this option
constitutes approval for directory listings.
