GENERAL INFORMATION
(9) Reconnection After Termination For Nonpayment:
(a) If payment has not been received and the telephone is permanently disconnected, reconnection will require
a new installation request and payment of an administration fee. The new installation request will only
be accepted after the customer has paid all outstanding charges.
(b) Subscribers who receive three delinquent notices in a twelve-month period will have their telephone
permanently disconnected for one year. After one year they may file a new application (after full payment
has been made) along with an administrative fee. A letter from the subscribers command is required if services
has been disconnected more than once in a twelve-month period.
(10) Temporary Suspension Of Service: Temporary suspension of service may be provided for a fee (list of
fees available from either Telephone Customer Service Center). Each suspended line will have this fee applied
(two lines suspended, two fees applied). Temporary suspension is recommended if you are going on extended
leave, TAD, TDY, etc., for more than 30 days. You must apply for this service at one of the Telephone Customer
Service Centers. You are required to pay your bill in full (calculated up to the day the temporary suspension
begins) at the time of application. Suspension of services will occur the same day; suspension of services for future
dates cannot be accepted at this time.
must be made in person.
mandatory that all personnel check out of the Telephone Customer Service Center. It is not, however, necessary
