Bojangles’ has been sold to private equity firm Falfurrias Capital Partners. The investment group includes Hugh McColl Jr.,
founder of Falfurrias and former CEO of Bank of America, and Jerry Richardson, a Bojangles’ franchisee who is also founder
and president of the Carolina Panthers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The quick-service chicken chain operates and
