Boathouse joins a portfolio that includes flagship brand McCormick & Schmick’s, M&S Grill, McCormick’s Fish House & Bar
and Spenger’s Fresh Fish Grotto. McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurants plans to oversee future growth of The

to $3.2 million from $2.3 million for the same period last year. Revenues grew 13.7% to $81.4 million from $71.6 million.
