Chipotle Mexican Grill has announced plans to use sour cream and cheese exclusively from pasture-raised cows. The move
serves two purposes, according to CEO Steve Ells. First, unconfined cows will help create a more sustainable agricultural
system, and second, unconfined cows produce better-tasting milk. The chain already uses all natural pork, beef, and chicken

from $5.1 million for the same period last year. Revenues grew 28.3% to $211.3 million from $164.6 million. Same-store sales

10.1%. For the year ended December 31 net earnings rose to $41.4 million from $17.4 million for the same period last year.
