(9) INSPECT COVER O-RING. INSTALL COVER. TORQUE NUTS TO 70-80 LB-FT. (95-110 NM).<br />
(10) CLOSE DRAIN AND FILL VESSEL. RELEASE TRAPPED AIR THROUGH VENT. CHECK FOR LEAKS.<br />
