2.3 to repay a mortgage debt

3. I commit to the following:
3.1 to use the residential property as owner-occupier

as long as the anticipated withdrawal has not been repaid to the Fund;
3.2 to promptly deposit the shares or similar shareholdings with the Fund (as
security)
3.3 to repay the anticipated withdrawal if
a) The residential property is sold
b) rights to the residential property are granted that are financially equal to an
amortisation.
4. I have been informed in writing:
4.1 regarding the pension benefit cut-backs resulting from the anticipated
withdrawal
5. I have acknowledged:
5.1 the regulations of the Fund.
5.2 If I wish to compensate the cut-backs of the benefits in the event of death or
disability, I must approach a life insurance company; I am fully responsible for
covering these premiums and I must pay these directly to the insurance
company;

5.3 The anticipated withdrawal is subject to taxation:
since I reside in Switzerland, I am responsible for paying federal tax,
cantonal tax and rates; the Fund will notify the Swiss Federal Tax
Administration of the anticipated withdrawal.
since I reside abroad, the Fund will directly debit the withholding tax from
the anticipated withdrawal amount;
5.4 I have the option of fully or partially repaying the anticipated withdrawal,
whereby the repaid amount in accordance to regulatory regulations effective at
the time of repayment will be used; in this case I have the option of reclaiming
the paid taxes within 3 years by personally filing the relevant application to the
authorities who have collected the taxes;
5.5 My beneficiaries must repay the anticipated withdrawal if pension benefits are
not applicable at the time of my death;
5.6 The Fund shall enter an amortisation restriction into the Land Register.
5.7 All costs arising from this anticipated withdrawal are my responsibility

For the purchase of residential property
Confirmation of creditor stating that the funds of the Pension Plan are to be used
for the financing of the residential property to be used by you and in accordance
with the regulations of the Pension Plan.
A copy of the legally valid signed Contract of Sale or a Land Register extract
showing that you are the owner.
A current mortgage account statement
For the building of residential property
The creditor’s confirmation stating that the funds of the Pension Plan are to be
used for the financing of the residential property to be used by you and in
accordance with the regulations of the Pension Plan.
A copy of the legally valid signed Contract of Sale concerning the land or a Land
Register extract showing that you are the owner.
A copy of the building permit
A copy of the building loan contract
A copy of the contract for work and labour
For extensions and reconstructions of residential property
The creditor’s confirmation stating that the funds of the occupational benefits are
to be used for the financing of the residential property to be used by you and in
accordance with the regulations of the Pension Plan.
A copy of a current Land Register extract showing that you are the owner
A copy of the building permit (if available)
A list of costs that increase value (increase in value applies to investments that
increase the value of the residential property)
For the repayment of mortgage loans
The creditor’s confirmation stating that the funds of the Pension Plan are to be
used for the financing of the residential property to be used by you and in
accordance with the regulations of the Pension Plan.
A copy of a current Land Register extract showing that you are the owner

For the purchase of share certificates of a housing cooperative or similar
shareholdings
A confirmation from the housing cooperative or a builder of equal standard stating
that the advance withdrawal will be transferred to the Pension Fund in the event
of your withdrawal from the cooperative.

agreement, shares of a tenant public limited company, etc.)
