7 3PL Twin Rotor Rotary Cutter - 75hp A heavy duty, fully reinforced twin rotor cutter that is ideal for tough operating conditions like roadsides, contacting and general council work. This cutter comes with twin 360° spinning solid wheels and spring steel cutter bars.
