Section 9 - SWPPP Modifications
As required by MSGP-2010 Part 5.2, the SWPPP will be modified whenever necessary to
address any of the triggering conditions for corrective action identified in Section 6.5.
Modifications will also be considered after the annual CFIs based on the results of the
inspections and input from co-permittees. Changes to the SWPPP to reflect corrective
actions will be made in accordance with the corrective action deadlines also identified in
Section 6.5. The SWPPP will also be amended whenever there is a change in design,
construction, operation, or maintenance that has a significant effect on the discharge or
potential for discharge of pollutants from the facility. SWPPP modifications are
documented, signed, and dated on the SWPPP Modification Log contained in
Attachment 15.
