10,000 gallon Swissport tanker malfunctioned.
Repairs resulted in an minor motor oil spill.
ServisAir lav cart cap fell off causing lav waste
spill.
Swissport fuel hydrant cart #5 had an
automatic shutoff malfunction. The cart will be
replaced

cleanup.
The spill was contained by SWA with
26 pigs. M-27-8 responded for F&S to
dispose of spill response material.
Operations advised Cutter cleaned
the spill.
Airline personnel stopped the leak,
contained the spill, and conducted
cleanup with the assistance of
Operations. Foam 3 responded to
monitor.
