operation.

US Airways A-319 was leaking hydraulic fluid
while in line to take off from RWY 25R. Spill
area measured at 30 x 12 near the TWY E
centerline.
Radiator coolant spill for at T4 south outer curb
in the pre-arranged area.
Water leak on the apron. Arturo Godonez
(R&G Vent) was cleaning the grease
traps/vents for the All Star Bar. The grease and
water flowed into a drain pipe that led down to
the apron.
Vehicle overheating East Economy Lot row G3
and need anti-freeze clean up.
Cyclone rubber removal machine ruptured a
hose and dumped roughly 40-50 gallons of
hydraulic fluid.
Small fuel spill at gate B22.
F3, O30, and Operations responded
and contained the spill.
O-30 notified, O-325 responded,
cleaned up by Southwest.
O-325 responded and Southwest
cleaned the spill.
No storm drains involved. Operations
responded and verified clean up.
O-317 and Fire responded and spill
bill was issued to US Airways.
O-321 came across spill. Swissport
did not notify Comm Center of spill.
M27-20 and crew responded to for
cleanup. IMCOR used their own pigs
for cleanup.
Facilities responded. Seven bags of
absorbent and a sweeper were used
to clean the spill.

Landside Maintenance for cleanup
Unknown amount of water and grease
entered the stormdrain. The company
attempted to clean the spill but were
not able.
Parking 60 reported and Sky Harbor
notified for work order.
Maintenance responded and cleanup
was completed at 06:40.
US Airways cleaned the spill.
