US Airways A-319 was leaking hydraulic fluid<br />

while in line to take off from RWY 25R. Spill<br />

area measured at 30 x 12 near the TWY E<br />

centerline.<br />

Radiator coolant spill for at T4 south outer curb<br />

in the pre-arranged area.<br />

Water leak on the apron. Arturo Godonez<br />

(R&G Vent) was cleaning the grease<br />

traps/vents for the All Star Bar. The grease and<br />

water flowed into a drain pipe that led down to<br />

the apron.<br />

Vehicle overheating East Economy Lot row G3<br />

and need anti-freeze clean up.<br />

Cyclone rubber removal machine ruptured a<br />

hose and dumped roughly 40-50 gallons of<br />

hydraulic fluid.<br />

Small fuel spill at gate B22.<br />

F3, O30, and Operations responded<br />

and contained the spill.<br />

O-30 notified, O-325 responded,<br />

cleaned up by Southwest.<br />

O-325 responded and Southwest<br />

No storm drains involved. Operations<br />

responded and verified clean up.<br />

O-317 and Fire responded and spill<br />

bill was issued to US Airways.<br />

O-321 came across spill. Swissport<br />

did not notify Comm Center of spill.<br />

M27-20 and crew responded to for<br />

cleanup. IMCOR used their own pigs<br />

for cleanup.<br />

Facilities responded. Seven bags of<br />

absorbent and a sweeper were used<br />

to clean the spill.<br />

0-243 responded and notified<br />

Landside Maintenance for cleanup<br />

Unknown amount of water and grease<br />

entered the stormdrain. The company<br />

attempted to clean the spill but were<br />

not able.<br />

Parking 60 reported and <strong>Sky</strong> <strong>Harbor</strong><br />

notified for work order.<br />

Maintenance responded and cleanup<br />

was completed at 06:40.<br />

US Airways cleaned the spill.<br />
