parked at the tank farm. The spill ran into the<br />

dirt, under the perimeter fence, south of the<br />

Swissport employee parking lot.<br />

Ramp level fuel spill approximately 10 ft in<br />

diameter. Leak in the hydrant.<br />

secure the hose on the blue juice<br />

O-335 responded and Delta cleaned<br />

Swissport provided cleanup.<br />

Swissport cleaned the spill itself. The<br />

contaminated dirt area was bluestaked<br />

for removal.<br />

F3 and O-320 responded. Swissport<br />

cleaned the spill. End time 7:30 PM.<br />

IMCOR, a subcontractor for US Airways left Environmental, Operations, and DCS<br />

valve open when testing the system resulting in responded and IMCOR began<br />

a glycol spill on the soil.<br />

from a hydrant hose cart #SP05 overflow<br />

Swissport and COP Maintenance<br />

cleaned. SWA Operations called the<br />

WOC but did not notify the Comm<br />

Center.<br />

Cutter reported and cleaned the spill.<br />

Spill did not involve any storm drains.<br />

Oscar 30, O-323, and Foam 3<br />

responded. Swissport performed the<br />

cleanup using 9 pigs. Cart taken out<br />

of service.<br />
