A small fuel line was found to be unattached<br />

from its connection point, spilling diesel fuel<br />

onto the ramp. Fuel spilled into the<br />

containment areas north of the tank farm and<br />

into the fuel farm containment basin.<br />

PD and 0-264 responded to eastbound <strong>Sky</strong><br />

<strong>Harbor</strong>, west of the Executive Terminal for an<br />

accident between 2 POV’s. PD pushed one of<br />

the vehicles to the front of the Executive<br />

Terminal where an off airport tow truck<br />

removed it.<br />

Grease transport receptacle spilled onto the<br />

concrete walkway north of the loading dock.<br />

A concrete spill about 2 feet wide and 30 feet<br />

long.<br />

Swissport/Great Lakes Airlines had a very<br />

small fuel spill.<br />

US Airways belt loader #LD812 leaked<br />

approximately 1 gallon of hydraulic fluid.<br />

Oil spill along Charlie One Blast Fence after<br />

United A-320 finished their run-up.<br />

Swissport Fueling 4/2/2013 T4 C3 Fuel 5 x 3 Jet A spill coming from a fuel cart.<br />

ServisAir provided cleanup of the spill<br />

and reattached the disconnected line.<br />

Maintenance responded to clean up<br />

an anti-freeze spill.<br />

Fault is assumed to be HMS Host but<br />

they denied responsibility and the<br />

CCTV footage was inconclusive. No<br />

NOV or spill bills could be issued.<br />

HMS Host finished cleaning the<br />

absorbent laid down by operations.<br />

O-20 responded and Landside<br />

Maintenance performed cleanup.<br />

Airline personnel cleaned the spill. O-<br />

314 responded.<br />

Airline personnel cleaned the spill and<br />

Operations confirmed adequate<br />

cleanup was conducted.<br />

O-323 responded to monitor United<br />

cleanup.<br />

Fire and Operations responded. Per O-<br />

325 the spill had already been<br />

contained. No storm drains affected<br />

but Swissport personnel left the scene<br />

before cleanup was complete. The<br />

leaking piece of equipment was<br />

repaired.<br />
