Swissport completed the clean up and<br />

the equipment was redtagged.<br />

Operations responded and Swissport<br />

cleaned the spill and repaired the cart.<br />

PD X621, O-321, O-317, and F3<br />

responded. Spill cleaned up and NOV<br />

issued for failure to notify.<br />

Swissport cleaned the spill and COP<br />

responded with a sweeper to remove<br />

the remaining absorbent from the<br />

ramp.<br />

UPS contained and cleaned the spill.<br />

Foam 3 responded and Southwest<br />

cleaned the spill.<br />

responded. Swissport cleaned up the<br />

spill and the cart was taken out of<br />

Servis Air was contacted and<br />

responded. No storm drains were<br />

involved. Damaged hose was<br />

repaired.<br />

F1 and Operations responded. Fire<br />

was cancelled.<br />

Mechanical and Landside<br />

Maintenance responded and cleaned<br />

the fluid from the ramp using<br />

absorbent.<br />
