loose causing a leak on the ramp.<br />

Unknown Delta reported a large fuel spill.<br />

CRJ N345ND.<br />

The sweeper for McCarthy Kiewit ruptured a<br />

hydraulic line.<br />

US Airways tower requested city assistance<br />

with a hydraulic fluid spill.<br />

2 gallons A 2 gallon fuel spill, still flowing from a truck.<br />

Southwest Airlines 12/18/2012 T4 C9 Fuel 1 gallon Belt loader #54 spilled 1 gallon of fuel.<br />

Engine16 and OS248 responded<br />

O-314 responded for clean up<br />

O-310, O-317, and F3 responded. The<br />

spill was contained and COP<br />

Landside Maintenance cleaned up the<br />

spill with 12 bags of absorbent<br />

material and 28 snakes.<br />

F3 and Operations responded and<br />

Southwest Airlines cleaned spill.<br />

F3 and operations responded to a<br />

medium fuel spill. O-30 cancelled fire.<br />

Swissport applied absorbent and<br />

cleaned the spill.<br />

Foam 3 was enroute but was<br />

cancelled by Oscar 30 as Swissport<br />

was taking care of the spill.<br />

Swissport cleaned up the spill.<br />

Facilities Maintenance responded for<br />

cleanup. The sweeper could not be<br />

repaired and was removed from the<br />

airfield.<br />

M-27-7 responded to assist with clean<br />

up. Work order created by Comm<br />

Center.<br />

Per OS318 cancel Fire the spill is<br />

contained, absorbent used.<br />

Southwest cleaned the spill under<br />

observation of Operations. The belt<br />

loader was red-tagged and relocated<br />

for repair.<br />
