FedEx A-300 N664FE vented Jet-A from the<br />

right wing due to an issue with the aircraft's<br />

high-level shut-off system.<br />

Fuel that leaked from the wing of an aircraft.<br />

F3 and Operations responded to a 10 x 10 Jet<br />

A fuel spill.<br />

Faulty valve on hydrant cart #PT-27 caused<br />

fuel spill.<br />

Report of a vehicle (White GMC Suburban)<br />

leaking fuel. Vehicle was leaking fuel due<br />

inoperative fuel pump.<br />

Foam 3 responded to T4 gate B-16 for a fuel<br />

spill, unknown in size, and in the process of<br />

containing it.<br />

Fluid leaking from an Allied Waste trash<br />

container into the stormdrain. Ken Martin (KRM<br />

Flooring) admitted dumping "clean water" into<br />

the container, the water contained particles<br />

from fiberglass, ceiling tile, and other building<br />

materials.<br />

Vehicle leaking fuel located along the fence by<br />

H1.<br />

Alaska Airlines vented 12-15 gallons of fuel<br />

from the top of the hydrant hose cart.<br />

Landside Maintenance responded for<br />

cleanup. 5 bags of absorbent and 15<br />

fuel booms were used.<br />

Fire and Operations responded.<br />

<strong>Sky</strong>west conducted the cleanup.<br />

Environmental was contacted.<br />

Absorbent pigs were used to contain<br />

the spill<br />

O-325 responded and the City<br />

sweeper swept after aircraft was<br />

moved.<br />

Area cleaned up.<br />

F3 and Operations responded and<br />

clean up completed by Swissport. Cart<br />

taken out of service.<br />

Vehicle was removed by owner<br />

arranged tow service and Landside<br />

Maintenance cleaned area.<br />

Per OPS it is 2-3 gallons and no<br />

where near a storm drain.<br />

O-330 responded. Martin and<br />

Operations took steps to begin clean<br />

up.<br />

O-276, Fire, and Facilities responded.<br />

The spill was contained and additional<br />

absorbent was left under the truck for<br />

overnight leakage. The vehicle will be<br />

removed.<br />

City responded and Alaska performed<br />

cleanup.<br />
