Small oil spill along the non-movement line<br />

crossing the Southwest ramp between the S2<br />

and S3 concourses.<br />

Approximately 5 gallons was spilled when the<br />

hose connection to the hydrant disconnected.<br />

Near the loading dock a Genie Lift #565 spilled<br />

diesel fuel.<br />

Bag hit a pipe while traveling on the gates<br />

under the concourse causing a water leak in<br />

the baggage makeup area at Gate A9.<br />

Fuel leaking from left wing (N171US)<br />

approximately 10 ft in diameter due to shut off<br />

valve failure.<br />

4 Gallons Fuel spill, coming from an aircraft vent.<br />

Nozzle from the pump ripped off causing a<br />

small spill at the island.<br />

ServisAir fueler was fueling US Airways belt<br />

loader #LG163 when the auto shutoff failed<br />

resulting in a fuel spill.<br />

Faulty overfill valve on aircraft being refueled.<br />

Ops responded for a report of a tug leaking<br />

fuel. The spill was approximately 6 feet in<br />

diameter,<br />

Landside maintenance responded and<br />

cleaned the spill.<br />

O-317, O-313, and fire responded.<br />

Swissport contained and cleaned the<br />

spill with ten pigs.<br />

Patrick Aldretti (McCarthy-Kiewit) took<br />

responsibility for and cleaned up the<br />

spill.<br />

O-330 and Building Mechanical &<br />

Landside Maintenance responded to<br />

repair the leak and clean the spill.<br />

Spill contained by absorbent snakes.<br />

O-344 and F3 responded. US Airways<br />

personnel cleaned and removed the<br />

fuel and Facilities Maintenance<br />

completed cleanup.<br />

Per OPS no fuel made it into a storm<br />

drain.<br />

Swissport contained and cleaned the<br />

spill.<br />

F3 and Operations responded and<br />

ServisAir cleaned the spill.<br />

COP Maintenance and Operations,<br />

Foam 3, and Battalion 19 responded.<br />

1-2 gallons entered the stormdrain.<br />

Environmental was notified and an<br />

NOV was issued to Southwest<br />

personnel.<br />

Spill was contained and being cleaned<br />

up by airline personnel. There was no<br />

exposure to storm drains.<br />
