Southwest 737 N764SW vented approximately
5 gallons of Jet-A from the left wing due to a
faulty high-level shutoff valve and inaccurate
fuel gauges.
Minor fuel spill on ramp.
Approximately 40 x 20 spill caused by a faulty
shutoff valve on aircraft N764SW.
A leveling valve malfunction on SkyWest RJ
(N889AS) caused a small fuel spill.

LSG Sky Chefs truck #7013 struck a bag cart
at A4 damaging the hydraulic tank resulting in
a spill. Driver continued onto A1, leaving a trail
of hydraulic fluid.

cart.

The spill was contained and there was
no exposure to the storm drains.
Swissport cleaned the spill
themselves.
Operations responded.
O-314 responded and spill bill issued
to Southwest.
The problem was immediately
recognized, souce shutoff, contained,
reported, and cleaned.
F3 responded and DHL contained and
cleaned the spill.
Fire responded, Operations already
on scene. Os 325 advised spill was
already being cleaned up by
Swissport. No storm drains affected.
LSG Manager responded and COP
Facilities conducted cleanup. Jesus
Franco was given and NOV.
O-345 responded and Southwest
cleaned the spill.
Operations and Police responded. Per
Os 326 spill is contained and was
cleaned up. No storm drains affected.
