The KM-4030 incorporates extremely durable
components that guarantee smooth and reliable
operation. The drum unit is designed to last for
500,000 pages. Thus, the KM-4030 keeps your
operating costs low, at the same time ensuring a
minimum impact on the environment.
PRESCRIBE IIe
With the Kyocera Mita page design and control
language PRESCRIBE IIe, even complex graphics, logos
and standard forms can be created independently of
the system and saved in the printer. Consequently,
integration into print files no longer applies. They are
only accessed as required and therefore relieve the
load on the network.
Typefaces and barcodes
The 80 scalable, high-quality fonts can be selected from
all emulations. It is therefore also possible to integrate
old systems without any problems. A total of 45
integrated barcodes including hash totals are computed
automatically by the printer and printed in the desired size,
alignment and position.
API for individual solutions
The Application Programming Interface (API) is a highly
efficient interface for the programming of individual print
solutions - e.g. for the management of standard forms and
documents. API is 100% compatible with applications by SAP
and UNIX systems and therefore it allows the integration of
popular output management systems.
KM-NET VIEWER
The KM-NET VIEWER enables complete monitoring and
control of Kyocera Mita ECOLaser printers and multifunctional
products from every computer. KM-NET VIEWER therefore
offers ideal network administration as well as supporting the
standardized protocol SNMP. By newly added gas gauge
function, remaining quantity of toner and paper can be
monitored from any PC, which contributes to the total
efficiëncy of supply management.
CompactFlash* card and hard disk
The CompactFlash* card offers abundant storage spaces for
typefaces, logos, standard forms and signatures as well as
individual API or PRESCRIBE macros. The optional hard disk
offers even more efficient document management. At the
same time it enables eMPS functions such as quick copy, print
and hold, and job storage.
