Community residents flock daily to English as a Second Language classes, senior programs and to the sprawling day care center offered at Tolentine-Zeiser Community Life Center in the Fordham section of the Bronx. Tolentine- Zeiser’s flagship program, St. Rita’s Center for Immigrant and Refugee Services, was founded in 1983 to aid the growing numbers of Vietnamese and Cambodians settling in the community. It now offers a constellation of services to residents and immigrants of all nationalities.
