A dissolution bath that includes 7 stirrer stations<br />

conforming to the provisions set down in the U.S.<br />

Pharmacopeia for USP Methods 1 (Basket), 2 (Paddle), 5<br />

(Paddle over Disc) and 6 (Cylinder) used for dissolution of<br />

tablets or capsules and drug release of transdermal patches<br />

in a specially prepared dissolution medium within the<br />

predetermined length of time and under the preset operation<br />

parameters. It also includes an electrical heating coil<br />

that heats the dissolution solution in accordance with a<br />

pre-determined temperature. A built-in control panel allows<br />

setting up of the dissolution bath's operating conditions<br />

required for the particular dissolution or drug release<br />

test, such as temperature (20-60 degrees Celsius), speed of<br />

stirrers (30-250 rpm), testing method, tablet feeding,<br />

sampling time, etc. The dissolution bath, which does not<br />

carry out any type of analysis, can be connected to an<br />

apparatus such as a spectrophotometer for the subsequent<br />

determination of the amount of released active<br />

ingredient(s) in the dissolution medium, and to an<br />

automatic data processing machine.<br />

tableta ili kapsula, i oslobađanje leka iz transdermalnih<br />

disolucije, <strong>za</strong> unapred određeno vreme trajanja i <strong>za</strong>date<br />

radne parametre . Ona takođe uključuje električni kalem<br />

<strong>za</strong> grejanje koji <strong>za</strong>greva medijum <strong>za</strong> ispitivanje<br />

disolucije u skladu sa unapred određenom temperaturom.<br />

Ugrađena upravljačka tabla omogućava <strong>po</strong>dešavanje radnih<br />

uslova disolucione kade, koji se <strong>za</strong>htevaju <strong>za</strong> određenu<br />

disoluciju ili test oslobađanja leka, kao što su<br />

temperatura (20-60 stepeni Celzijusa), brzina mešanja (30-<br />

260 obr/min.), metoda testiranja, punjenje tabletama,<br />

vreme uzorkovanja, itd. Disoluciona kada, koja ne može<br />

vršiti sve vrste anali<strong>za</strong>, može se <strong>po</strong>ve<strong>za</strong>ti sa aparatom<br />

kao što je spektrofotometar <strong>za</strong> naknadno određivanje<br />

količine otpuštenog aktivnog sastojka/sastojaka u<br />

A self-propelled machine (mobile crane) consisting of a 6-<br />

wheeled chassis with a diesel engine and four outriggers.<br />

The chassis sup<strong>po</strong>rts a turntable capable of rotating 360°,<br />

on which are permanently mounted the following : a 36 m<br />

long hydraulic telescopic boom with a hoist system and a<br />

hook block; and a telescopic beam with the driving and<br />

operator's cab, which houses both crane and driving<br />

controls. During road driving the cab is <strong>po</strong>sitioned and<br />

mechanically locked at the front of the chassis. During<br />

crane operation, the telescopic beam can lift the cab up to<br />

a maximum operator eye level of 7.8 m. The crane has a<br />

maximum capacity of 45 t, a maximum lifting height of 48 m<br />

and a maximum radius of 39 m.<br />

Samohodna mašina (<strong>po</strong>kretna di<strong>za</strong>lica) sastoji se od šasije<br />

sa 6 točkova, dizel motora i četiri stabili<strong>za</strong>tora. Šasija<br />

<strong>po</strong>država obrtnu ploču koja može da rotira u opsegu 360°,<br />

na kojoj je trajno ugrađeno sledeće: 36 m dugačka,<br />

hidraulična teleskopska strela sa čekrk sistemom i blokom<br />

kuke; i teleskopski krak sa kabinom <strong>za</strong> vožnju i<br />

rukovaoca, u kojoj se nalaze komande <strong>za</strong> upravljanje i<br />

vožnjom i di<strong>za</strong>licom. U toku vožnje <strong>po</strong> putu, kabina je<br />

<strong>po</strong>stavljena i mehanički <strong>za</strong>bravljena na prednjoj strani<br />

šasije. U toku rada di<strong>za</strong>lice, teleskopski krak može da<br />

<strong>po</strong>digne kabinu do visine od maksimalno 7.8 m od vidnog<br />

<strong>po</strong>lja rukovaoca. Maksimalna nosivost di<strong>za</strong>lice je 45 t,<br />

maksimalna visinu di<strong>za</strong>nja 48 m i maksimalni radijus 39 m.<br />
