It is not evident from the objective characteristics of the article how it will be cut up. (See photographs nos. 664 A and B) [1] Proizvod koji ima oblik valjka, prečnika približno 7 mm i dužine približno 130 mm, sastoji se od spoljašnjeg sloja od hartije koji drži na mestu sledeće komponente: tri filtera od celuloznoacetatnih vlakana sa aktivnim ugljenikom (C),/ / četiri filtera od celulozno-acetatnih vlakana koji takođe sadrže impregnisana vlakna (impregnisana lepljivom supstancom koja ne prodire u unutrašnje slojeve vlakana) (I),/ dva filtera od celulozno-acetatnih vlakana (A),/ četiri komponente od aromatizovanog orijentalnog duvana kakav se upotrebljava u cigaretama (T). Što se tiče celulozno-acetatnih vlakana u različitim filterima (C, I, A) , vlakna su usmerena paralelno jedna prema drugim. Vlakna formiraju savitljivo, sunđerasto telo ujednačene debljine, lako su razdvojiva i mogu se čupati. U samom valjku, komponente se smenjuju sledećim redosledom: C (približne dužine 6 mm),/ I (približne dužine 10 mm),/ -/ T (približne dužine 10 mm), -/ A (približne dužine 13 mm), -/ T (približne dužine 10 mm), -/ I (približne dužine 10 mm), -/ C (približne dužine 12 mm), -/ I (približne dužine 10 mm), -/ T (približne dužine 10 mm), -/ A (približne dužine 13 mm), -/ T (približne dužine 10 mm), -/ I (približne dužine 10 mm), -/ C (približne dužine 6 mm). Procenat po masi sledećih materijala u proizvodu je sledeći: -/ C: približno 17%, -/ I: približno 16%, - / A: približno 8%, -/ T: približno 41%, -/ hartija: približno 18%. Proizvod je napravljen da se seče i upotrebi u proizvodnji filter cigareta. Nije očigledno iz objektivnih karakteristika kako će se proizvod seći.
